Baked Atlantic Cod with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 800 g Atlantic cod fillet
- 2 EL lemon juice
- Paprika bell peppers
- 1 EL Butter
- 1 Garlic clove
- 200 ml white wine
- 500 g plum tomatoes
- 1 bunch dill
- 300 g sour cream
- 2 EL horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper

Wash fish, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice and rub with salt and pepper. Halve the bell peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into strips. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the peppers.

Peel garlic and crush it into the pan. Pour in wine, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat. Boil tomatoes briefly, cool, peel, and slice.

Grease a baking dish and layer tomato slices like roof tiles. Wash dill, set aside some sprigs, finely chop the rest and mix with sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper.

Spread peppers over the tomato layers. Place fish pieces on top and pour the cream mixture over them. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Garnish with dill sprigs before serving.
