Baguette Brötchen with Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces baguette rolls
  • 1 handful mixed leafy greens (e.g., arugula, radicchio, frisée lettuce)
  • 150 g shrimp (pre-cooked, ready to use)
  • 40 g salad cream (2 tbsp)
  • 40 g yogurt (2 tbsp; 1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt

Instructions

    Cut the rolls in half. Wash and dry the greens, then tear into bite‑sized pieces if needed.

    Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Whisk together salad cream and yogurt until smooth, season with lemon juice and salt, then fold in the shrimp.

    Distribute the greens on the rolls and spoon the shrimp salad over them.
