Ingredients
- 500 g pork sausage
- 250 g Emmental cheese (sliced)
- 3 pickled cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tsp sharp mustard
- 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp pickle brine
- 4 tbsp meat broth
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp chopped chives
- Salt
- Pepper

Remove the skin from the pork sausage and slice it lengthwise into thin strips, then cut those into fine ribbons. Slice the Emmental cheese and pickles into similar ribbons. Peel, halve, and dice the onion into small cubes. Halve the garlic clove and rub the salad bowl with it. Add all prepared ingredients to the bowl.

For the dressing, whisk together mustard, vinegar, pickle brine, meat broth, oil, and chives; season with salt and pepper. Toss the dressing with the salad and serve immediately.
