Ingredients
- 2 slices of ribeye steak (about 200 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp pickled green peppercorns (from jar)
- 50 g Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Heat the olive oil in a pan, sear the steaks for about 2-4 minutes on each side depending on preference. Season with salt and pepper, then wrap in aluminum foil.

Add butter to the pan and let it melt. Stir in green peppercorns and cream, allowing everything to froth once.

Stir in mustard and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes until reduced. Season with salt and pepper.

Plate the steaks with the pepper sauce and serve alongside a small salad.
