The Avocado Kiwi Salad from Spoonsparrow is the perfect way to bring a little vacation feeling to your plate.
Ingredients
- 8 kiwis
- 2 sprigs fresh coriander leaves
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Orange juice

Peel the kiwis and slice them into about 5 mm thick rounds. Wash the coriander, shake dry, and pluck the leaflets from one stem; set aside a few for garnish. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and skin, then cut the flesh into wedges and immediately drizzle with lemon juice.

Arrange the kiwi slices decoratively on a flat plate, place the avocado wedges in the center, and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and orange juice, then garnish with coriander leaflets and a sprig.
