Salad Wraps with Turkey Ham and Radishes

These crunchy salad wraps with turkey ham and radishes are not only colorful and delicious but also protein-rich thanks to the cottage cheese.

Ingredients

  • 8 large lettuce leaves (e.g., Romaine or romaine lettuce)
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 20 g chives (1 bunch)
  • 120 g cottage cheese (6 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 120 g thin slices of turkey ham (8 thin smoked slices)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Clean, wash, and finely dice the radishes. Wash the chives, pat them dry, and cut into fine ribbons. Mix the radishes with cottage cheese and chives, then season with salt and pepper.

    Place two overlapping lettuce leaves together and top each with two slices of turkey ham. Spread a thin layer of the cheese mixture onto the lettuce leaves, leaving a small border from the edges.

    Fold the lettuce leaves inward and wrap them tightly into wraps. Wrap the salad wraps in parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
