The Avocado Chicken Salad from Spoonsparrow is quick to prepare, nutrient-rich and perfectly tailored for the needs of babies and toddlers.

Ingredients

  • 150 g cooked chicken meat
  • 1 small avocado
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt (20 g)
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Italian herbs
  • 0.5 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Cut the chicken into very small cubes. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and mash it in a small bowl with a fork.

    Mix the yogurt, mashed avocado, salt, herbs, hemp seeds and lemon juice well with the chicken.

    Serve the avocado chicken salad plain or on bread.
