Turkey Skewers

Turkey skewers from Spoonsparrow: tender bite-sized pieces with low fat and bold mustard flavors, infused with muscle-strengthening protein.
Ingredients
- 450 g turkey breast fillet
- 1 Garlic clove
- Salt
- 1 sprig tarragon
- 3 tbsp coarse mustard
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions

Rinse the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into roughly 2 cm cubes.

Peel the garlic. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and crush with the back of a knife.

Wash the tarragon, shake off excess water, pluck the leaves and slice finely into strips.

In a bowl combine the garlic, tarragon, mustard and oil.

Add the meat cubes, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate.

Thread the marinated cubes onto eight grill skewers and grill over high heat for 6-8 minutes, turning until evenly charred.
