Ingredients

  • 100 g field lettuce
  • Lollo Verde
  • 100 g radish sprouts
  • 150 g pink mushrooms
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp tarragon vinegar
  • 1 tsp coarse mustard
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp tarragon leaves
  • 50 g toasted pine nuts

Instructions

    Rinse, clean, wash salad and let it drain well. Tear Lollo Verde into bite‑size pieces. Wash radish sprouts.

    Clean mushrooms, cut them into leaf pieces. Wash cherry tomatoes and halve them. For the dressing whisk vinegar, mustard and oil together, season with salt and pepper.

    Arrange salad on a large platter, pour dressing over it, sprinkle tarragon leaves and pine nuts before serving.
