Ingredients

  • 1 radicchio
  • 100 g Feldsalat
  • 250 g light wine grapes
  • 200 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 4 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp currant jam
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 4 slices toast bread
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Clean, wash and drain the salad greens. Slice the radicchio into wide strips. Wash and halve the grapes. Crumble the Gorgonzola. Peel and finely dice the red onion.

    Whisk together vinegar, currant jam, mustard, salt, pepper, and oil; fold in the onions and taste for seasoning.

    Dice the bread and toast it in hot butter until golden.

    Gently combine the salad sauce with the prepared ingredients. Plate and sprinkle with croutons before serving.
