Ingredients

  • 150 g flour
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 ml water, white wine (or beer)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

    Add flour to a mixing bowl and form a well in the center. Separate the eggs. Set aside the egg whites and whisk the yolks with water, white wine or beer and fat together. Pour into the flour.

    Whisk everything with a hand mixer until smooth. Cover the dough and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

    Beat the egg whites with salt to stiff peaks and fold them carefully into the dough. The dough is suitable for vegetables, fish or fruit – e.g., apple rings. Optionally add 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 tbsp sugar.
