Ingredients
- 500 g wide flat noodles
- 4 spring onions (white part only)
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp shrimp paste
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- pepper (ground)
- Salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Break the noodles into large pieces and cook according to package instructions.

Wash, trim and slice the spring onions into thin rings. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic. Briefly sauté together in hot oil. Drain the noodles, let them dry well, then stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Mix in the shrimp paste and wine, season with chili sauce, pepper, salt and soy sauce, and serve.
