Ingredients
- 600 g firm boiling potatoes (e.g., Linda)
- 2 medium onions
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 200 ml heavy cream (at least 30% fat)
- 4 Atlantic cod fillets (about 160 g each)
- 2 tbsp Whole wheat flour
- 0.5 bunch dill

Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Peel the onions, cut them in half lengthwise and then into strips. Sauté both in 2 tbsp oil, season with salt and pepper, pour in broth and cream, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.

Wash the cod fillets, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, coat in flour. Fry each side in the remaining hot oil for about 2-3 minutes. Wash, shake dry, chop the dill and add it to the potatoes. Taste the dill potatoes and serve the fish on warmed plates.
