Ingredients
- 200 g egg noodles
- 200 g sliced beef (sirloin or fillet)
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- light soy sauce
- fish sauce
- chili powder
- 100 g sugar snap peas (cut into very thin strips)
- Thai basil (cut into very thin strips)
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package instructions in salted water.

Wash the bell pepper, halve it, remove seeds and cut into strips.

Sauté the beef in hot oil, add the sugar snap peas, then sequentially add bell pepper, garlic and ginger. Pour in a little water (about 0.1 l) and let simmer briefly. Season with soy sauce, fish sauce and cayenne pepper.

Drain noodles onto preheated plates and top with the beef mixture. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
