Arugula Salad with Parma Ham

Ingredients

  • 0.5 small lemon
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Pepper
  • 150 g arugula (2 bunches)
  • 2 Tbsp capers (jar)
  • 200 g Parma ham (thinly sliced)

Instructions

    Squeeze the lemon and measure out 1 tbsp of juice. Whisk with salt and honey in a bowl. Beat the olive oil with a whisk and season with pepper.

    Wash, trim, and pat dry the arugula; tear into bite‑sized pieces.

    Drain the capers and stir them into the dressing. Fold in the arugula and transfer to a plate. Arrange Parma ham on top of the salad and serve.
