Ingredients
- 100 g raw marzipan
- 40 ml apricot liqueur
- 150 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g ground almonds
- 50 ml milk
- 6 apricots
- butter (for the pan)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat oven to 180°C fan.

Mash marzipan with a fork and apricot liqueur into a puree. Beat butter with sugar until fluffy, then gradually add eggs. Stir in flour mixed with baking powder and almonds, followed by the marzipan mixture; add only enough so the dough spreads well. Pour into greased tart pan and smooth.

Wash apricots, halve and pit them. Distribute on the dough and press slightly. Bake in oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown (skewer test).

Remove from oven, let cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
