  • 1.2 kg apricots
  • 2 lemons
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)

Instructions

    Wash the apricots, rinse them with boiling water, halve and pit them.

    Cut half of the apricots into a puree with lemon juice; dice the remaining apricots into very small cubes. Combine the fruit puree, diced apricots, and gelatin sugar in a pot and let it sit overnight.
