Apple Chips and Pineapple Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 baby pineapple
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 100°C fan mode. Peel the pineapple and slice it into very thin rounds.

    Wash the apple and slice it into very thin rounds as well.

  3. 3.

    Toss the fruit slices with lemon juice and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4.

    Bake for 2-3 hours with the oven door slightly ajar to dry out the chips. Remove, place in golden paper bags, and serve.
