Ingredients

  • 750 g Carrots
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 2 tsp hazelnut oil
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 3 tart apples (e.g., Boskoop)

Instructions

    Peel the carrots and finely grate them on a kitchen grater or with a food processor. Mix with lemon juice and oil.

    If desired, peel, halve and core the apples. Dice finely and mix with the carrots. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Taste again with a little lemon juice if needed.
