Ingredients
- 400 g tart apples
- 400 g rhubarb
- butter (for the ramekins)
- 1 untreated lemon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 g flour
- 50 g rolled oats
- 50 g almond slivers
- 125 g butter
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced. Wash, halve, core and chop the apples into small pieces. Wash, trim and slice the rhubarb thinly. Mix the apples and rhubarb and divide into four buttered ramekins. Grate the lemon zest, squeeze out the juice and combine both with honey.

Drizzle over the apple-rhubarb mixture and stir well. Quickly crumble the almonds with sugar, flour, oats, almond slivers, butter and cinnamon between your hands and sprinkle over the fruit mix. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Remove and serve warm.
