You like antipasti? Try the Antipasti Sandwich: spicy enjoyment perfect for take‑out.

Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh ciabatta
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp pitted black olives
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch arugula (small)
  • 125 g mozzarella (1 ball)
  • 100 g mixed antipasto (jar)
  • 100 g Parma ham (thin slices)

Instructions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Chop the olives as well and mix with garlic and olive oil.

    Wash, rinse, dry, and shred the arugula into strips.

    Slice the mozzarella thinly. Cut the antipasto into small pieces. Slice the ciabatta lengthwise but do not cut all the way through. Spread the olive‑oil mixture on the inner sides, layer the mozzarella at the bottom, sprinkle with a bit of arugula, add the ham and then the antipasto pieces, fold together and serve the finished Antipasti Sandwich.
