- 4 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 200 g ground almonds
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 3 drops bitter almond aroma
- 100 g mocha chocolate

Melt chocolate over a gentle water bath in a bowl. Transfer the melted chocolate into a resealable bag, filling it halfway. Cut off one corner of the bag and dip the cooled meringues in a striped pattern with the chocolate, letting them dry.
