- 200 g sweet almond kernels (half ground and chopped)
- 4 eggs
- 350 g cream cheese
- 80 g sugar
- 2 lemons (zest and juice)
- 150 ml whipping cream
- 400 g frozen raspberries (thawed)
- 100 g sugar

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease a baking dish about 20-24 cm in diameter, sprinkle lightly with 2 tbsp almonds. Combine all dough ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until smooth; pour into the dish and bake for about 35-40 minutes on the second rack from the bottom until golden brown. For the raspberry sauce, puree two-thirds of the berries with sugar, fold in the remaining berries, and serve in small bowls.

Remove the cake from the oven, cut into six pieces, and serve warm with raspberry sauce.
