The salmon from the air fryer by Spoonsparrow is quick to make and super tasty!
Ingredients
- 0.5 Organic lemon
- 2 salmon fillets (150 g each)
- 1 onion
- 5 g butter
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- 250 g baby spinach

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Wash the lemon, dry it and slice into rounds. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry. Peel the onion and cut into rings.

Place the salmon fillets and onion rings in the basket, sprinkle with small butter flecks and lay lemon slices on top. Drizzle olive oil over everything and season with salt. Cook for about 12 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer. While the fish cooks, clean, wash and dry spin the spinach. Arrange the spinach on plates, then place the salmon from the air fryer on top.
