Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini (250 g each)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 400 g coarse cream cheese
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 4 tbsp kimchi (20 g)
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • 8 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

    Wash the zucchini and trim the ends. Slice lengthwise into thin strips.

    Blanch the strips in hot water for a few seconds, then shock in ice water and pat dry.

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel, and slice thinly.

    Lay a sheet of plastic wrap over a sushi mat. Arrange the zucchini strips side‑by‑side on the mat to form a rectangle. Spread the coarse cream cheese evenly over them.

    Spread avocado, smoked salmon, and kimchi over the lower third of the rectangle. Carefully roll up and cut into bite‑sized pieces with a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients until all zucchini is used.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls and serve with soy sauce on the side.
