Zucchini Salad with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini
- 2 Avocados
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 5 tomatoes
- 10 g Dill (0.5 bunch)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Organic Lime

Wash and trim the zucchini. Using a spiralizer, cut into fine spaghetti strands. Halve the avocados, remove pits, peel, and cube the flesh about 2 cm. Drizzle with lime juice. Wash the tomatoes, halve them, remove stems, discard seeds, and dice the flesh small. Rinse the dill and shake dry. Trim the tips and finely chop. Combine zucchini spaghetti with avocado cubes, tomato pieces, and dill. Mix in olive oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder.

Distribute the zucchini spaghetti onto four plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Wash lime wedges hot, pat dry, cut into segments, and garnish the salad with them.
