The Zucchini-Potato-Oatmeal Porridge from Spoonsparrow is suitable as a baby puree starting at 6 months.

Ingredients

  • 100 g zucchini
  • 50 g potatoes
  • 10 g oatmeal
  • 3.5 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil

Instructions

    Wash and clean the zucchini thoroughly. Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into small pieces together with the zucchini.

    Place the zucchini, potatoes, and a splash of water in a pot and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

    Blend the cooked potatoes, zucchini, and oatmeal with the apple sauce. Stir in the rapeseed oil. If the porridge is too thick, add a little more water. Check the temperature before feeding.
