Ingredients
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 120 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 handful freshly chopped parsley
- 150 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- vegetable oil (for frying)

Wash, peel and grate the zucchini into a bowl. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic and add them to the zucchini. Add the flour, eggs, parsley and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Using a tablespoon, scoop small portions of the mixture and place them in a hot pan with plenty of oil. Fry each side 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then remove all patties. Drain on paper towels and serve.
