- 2 Apples
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.5 handful nuts (e.g., walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
- 150 g hearty rolled oats
- 600 g Greek yogurt
- 6 tbsp honey

Wash the apples, quarter them, remove the core and cut the flesh into small pieces. Drizzle with lemon juice. Chop the nuts finely.
