Yogurt with Fried Apple

The yogurt with fried apple from Spoonsparrow tastes wonderfully fruity and keeps you full for a long time.

Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 30 g chopped hazelnut kernels (2 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 300 g Greek yogurt

Instructions

    Wash the apples, quarter them and remove the core. Slice the apple quarters into thin slices and drizzle with lemon juice.

    Melt the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the apples until tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
