- 500 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 250 g heavy cream
- 450 ml vegetable broth
- 0.5 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- Lemon juice
- mint (for garnish)

Whisk the yogurt with cream until smooth, then gradually stir in the broth. Add cumin powder and chopped mint, seasoning with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.
