Ingredients
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 150 g wheat flour type 550
- 300 g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 20 g soft butter
- 150 g lingonberries (jarred)
- 200 ml lukewarm water

Combine both flours with dry yeast, salt, soft butter and the water in a mixing bowl and knead thoroughly with the dough hooks of an electric hand mixer until an elastic dough forms. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes.

Then on a floured work surface fold in the drained lingonberries, shape into a loaf and place in a greased pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Let cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before removing and cooling on a wire rack.
