- Salt

- 1 Tbsp clarified butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Peel, wash, and cut the yam roots into bite-sized pieces. Simmer in salted water for about 30 minutes; drain, let cool.

Roast the cooled pieces in hot clarified butter in a pan, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
