Ingredients
- 600 g low‑fat quark
- 1 onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- Salt
- white pepper
- a handful parsley
- a handful chives
- 1 kg small boiled potatoes
- caraway seeds
- paprika powder
Instructions

Wash the potatoes, place them in a pot with cold water, add salt and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, drain the quark well. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley and chives. Mix the quark with the onion, garlic, sour cream, salt, and pepper.

Peel the cooked potatoes while still hot; early potatoes can be eaten with the skin on. Arrange the potatoes with the quark mixture and seasonings on a plate.
