Ingredients

  • 800 g Vogelbeere
  • 1 l Korn

Instructions

    Pick the berries after the first frost. Separate, wash and place the Vogelbeeren in a carafe, then fill with Korn.

  2. 2.

    Place the mixture in a warm spot for 6 weeks, shaking occasionally. After maturation filter the schnapps, bottle it, seal tightly and let rest another 2 months.
