Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 Papaya
  • 2 starfruit
  • 2 mandarins
  • 1 blood orange
  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 2 Kiwis
  • 60 g black currants
  • 60 g red currants
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 lime peel (unprocessed)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 200 g sugar

Instructions

    For the spice syrup, bring 400 ml water to a boil with spices and simmer until syrupy for about 20 minutes. Let cool, then strain through a sieve.

    Peel fruits, pit or remove stems as needed, and cut into small cubes or slices. Squeeze pomegranate, halve, and discard seeds. Combine fruits with the syrup and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
