  • 4 Hot Dog buns
  • 4 Vienna sausages (Frankfurters)
  • mustard
  • ketchup
  • 4 tbsp hot dog relish (pre-made)
  • 1 small can sauerkraut

    Bring water to a boil in a pot, reduce heat, and let the sausages simmer for 4-5 minutes. Cut each bun in half lengthwise but do not split fully. Distribute 3-4 tbsp of sauerkraut on the buns. Add mustard, relish, and ketchup as desired, then place one sausage on top.
