Ingredients

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 20 ml cherry brandy
  • 40 ml dry vermouth
  • 0.5 tsp rose syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 4 spritz of rose water (pharmacy)
  • 1 small bottle of rosé wine (unsprayed)

Instructions

    Add the ice cubes to a mixing glass and pour over the cherry brandy, vermouth, syrup, and rose water.

    Stir briefly, then strain through a sieve into a cocktail glass. Chill the glass quickly with a splash of cold water, shake dry, and serve.
