Ingredients
- 500 g frozen peas
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 onions
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped pine nuts
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 4 tbsp coarse curry powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 ml vegetable broth

Thaw the peas. Wash, halve, seed and slice the bell peppers into strips. Rub the mushrooms with a kitchen towel to clean them. Peel and finely chop the onions.

Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden, add the spices and stir briefly, then add the remaining vegetables and pine nuts, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the broth, simmer for another 5–8 minutes, season to taste, and serve hot in bowls with rice or potatoes.
