- 4 pork chops
- small corn cobs
- garlic cloves
- onion ring
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp chopped parsley
- olive oil
- 500 g boiled potatoes
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- olives
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 250 g raclette cheese (sliced)

Peel the boiled potatoes for the raclette and cut them into thick slices. Remove the thyme leaves. Distribute the potato slices on four raclette pans and season generously with thyme, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle 2-3 olives on each and cover with raclette cheese slices. Slide onto the raclette grill device and grill.

Rub the pork chops with a little oil and season them. Grill them together with the vegetables on the grill surface. Serve with the raclette.
