Ingredients

  • 2 EL olive oil
  • 250 g frozen peas
  • 250 g fine carrot strips
  • 250 g leek ring
  • 250 g green asparagus tip
  • 1 l vegetable broth (instant)
  • 600 g cod fillet
  • 6 TL mild curry powder
  • salt

Instructions

    Heat the oil in a large pot, add the vegetables and sauté while stirring.

    Add the vegetable broth, bring to a boil once, then cover and simmer over medium heat for about 6 minutes.

    Cut the fish into 1 cm pieces, place on top of the vegetables, re-cover the pot and cook the soup another 3 minutes.

  4. 4.

    Add the curry powder and mix well with the fish and vegetables. Season with salt and serve immediately.
