Vegetable Paste

The vegetable paste from Spoonsparrow is perfect for seasoning soups & Co. and can be easily made at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 stalk leek
  • 200 g Jerusalem artichoke (1 piece)
  • 20 g Parsley (1 bunch)
  • 80 g salt

Instructions

    Clean, wash or peel the vegetables and parsley, then cut into large pieces.

    Blend finely in a good blender. Add salt and mix well. Fill paste into hot-spouted jars and store in the refrigerator.
