  • 40 g ginger
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 1 red chili pepper
  • 600 ml coconut milk (canned)
  • 400 ml vegetable broth (vegan)
  • a handful cilantro leaves
  • 1 Lime (juice)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Salt
