  • 35 g margarine
  • 1 handful thyme
  • 600 g eggplant
  • 400 g Carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 40 g spelt whole‑grain flour
  • 500 ml Oat drink (Oat milk)
  • Salt
  • black pepper (freshly ground)
  • nutmeg
  • 100 g grated vegan cheese
