The vegan parmesan from Spoonsparrow! is the perfect addition to any pasta dish – and it’s not just for veggies, give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 150 g Cashews
  • 30 g nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Add cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, a pinch of salt and some pepper to a stand mixer and blend for about 30 seconds until a fine consistency forms.

    Transfer the vegan parmesan into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
