- 150 g Cashews
- 30 g nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Add cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, a pinch of salt and some pepper to a stand mixer and blend for about 30 seconds until a fine consistency forms.

Transfer the vegan parmesan into a jar and store in the refrigerator.
