- 200 ml soy drink (soy milk)
- 1 tsp instant vegetable broth
- Pepper
- 3 tsp mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 200 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp almond flour

Add the soy drink, vegetable broth, pepper, mustard, and lemon juice to a stand mixer. Mix well, then gradually pour in the rapeseed oil.
