Vegan Blackberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 200 g fresh blackberries
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 400 ml chilled coconut milk

Wash the blackberries, pat dry and set aside 6 berries.

Blend the remaining berries with honey and lemon juice. Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
