Ingredients
- 2 veal steaks (plated)
- Salt
- black pepper (crushed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 1 shallot (diced)
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes (in oil)
- arugula leaf
- Watercress
Instructions

Wash the zucchini and bell pepper. Slice the zucchini, seed the pepper and dice it. Sauté both with the diced shallots in hot olive oil until the vegetables change color, then add garlic and sliced sun‑dried tomatoes and deglaze with balsamic vinegar. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Let rest about 10 minutes.

Season the steaks with pepper and grill each side for about 3 minutes.

Salting the meat now, plate it together with the vegetables on preheated plates.

Top with arugula and watercress as garnish and serve with flatbread if desired.
