Veal Meatballs

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 onion
- 3 salt-cured anchovy fillets
- 1 tbsp butter
- 600 g ground veal
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- 125 g mayonnaise
- 200 g Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp capers
- Worcestershire sauce
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel and dice the onion, rinse the anchovies, pat dry and finely chop. Heat oil in a pan, sauté the onion with the anchovies. Add parsley, wilt briefly and let cool.

Mix the onion mixture with the other ingredients for the meatballs and knead into a smooth meat dough, season, and shape into tennis-ball-sized balls with wet hands. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes.

Whisk mayonnaise and sour cream together, add capers and season with Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Serve the veal meatballs on small wooden sticks with the sauce.
