Turkey Strips with Broccoli Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 800 g Broccoli
- Salt
- 1 Organic lemon
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 sprigs parsley
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pepper
Instructions

Rinse the turkey breast under cold water, pat dry and cut into strips.

Wash, trim, cut broccoli into florets and boil in lightly salted water for about 5 minutes.

Rinse the lemon hot, pat dry, zest the peel, squeeze out the juice. Peel garlic and finely chop.

Wash parsley, shake dry and finely chop.

Heat oil in a pan and brown turkey strips for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with lemon juice and a splash of water if needed, then add broccoli, lemon zest and garlic. Let simmer briefly, add parsley and adjust seasoning.
